ISIS 'Safety and Security Guidelines for Lone Wolf Mujahideen and Small Cells' published on

A new 62 page ISIS 'guidebook' has been publish on the internet aimed at instructing lone wolf terrorists on the best places and methods for planning terror attacks, setting up terror cells and avoiding detection.

The booklet contains lengthy justification and was originally designed as series of lectures, the text suggest that has been re-written in recent months to focus on individual actors rather than groups.

Much has been made in the press about the 'Top 6 tips for Terrorists'.

However, it is worthy of review from a professional perspective and gives some insight in to terrorist mindset, cell security, attack planning, counter surveillance, even 'social engineering'.
